Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom Orders: If you have placed a custom or personalized order, please allow additional time for processing. Custom orders typically require 2 additional business days to prepare before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping method available will depend on the destination and size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processing times.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase. BNWoodenBox may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, in which case the applicable terms and conditions will be noted on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to [list countries or regions, e.g., United States, Canada, Europe]. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your address falls into a restricted category, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress until delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 10 business days. These are only estimates and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen weather events.

Note: BNWoodenBox is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather disruptions or delays at customs.

7. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If there are any errors in the shipping address, please contact us immediately to make changes before your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Items: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or delivery service for more information. If it cannot be located, please contact us within 2 days, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

9. International Shipping
For international orders, customs regulations and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs Fees and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may be prior to making a purchase.
Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, and we have no control over these delays. If you experience delays, please contact your local customs office.
