Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items purchased on BNWoodenBox under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Products: The product must be in their original, unused, and re-sellable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, and items marked as final sale or clearance, are not eligible for return or refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer support team at support@bnwoodenbox.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will look and decide whether your return is acceptable or not. Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized Products, may not be eligible for return or refund. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Packaging the Product: Carefully repackage the product in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Please include any accessories, manuals, or parts that were included in your original shipment.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. BNWoodenBox is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria . Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days after receiving your return order.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment processor to process and post the refund.
Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage or use.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a return and exchange. Exchanged items will be subject to availability. You may be required to pay any price difference between the returned item and the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order within 2 days after receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide details of the defect, including photographs if necessary.
In either case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@bnwoodenbox.com

7. Cancellation of Orders
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the item for a refund once it arrives.
